I haven't led a Cadette troop, my oldest daughter was a cadette and she had an awesome leader.   Here are some resources she has gathered (the daughter, not the leader.  Surely the leader has more, but I doubt she has a website! Get Organized, a project designed to help girls organize their personal spaces Home is Where the Heart is.  I was really glad to see this project.  I get annoyed with all of the constant references to career and money and shopping for the girls.  How liberated do women have to be to realize that home matters? On Your Own helps girls learn real life skills they'll need when they move out of their parent's house Sew Glam helps girls learn about sewing and fashion design The Girl Scout Silver Award is the second highest award in Girl Scouting, it's a long term community service project that girls lead and organize on their own.
